Lange RX 130
Lange RX 130 ski boots are some of the most customizable ski boots on the market. They are guaranteed to provide comfort and precision for hours of skiing. The Lange RX130 boots are a 100mm boot made from a single material, allowing the perfect mix of comfort and responsiveness on the slopes. The shell of the RX 130 is designed using a minor heel lift and upright forward lean. This combination creates a centered balance that allows you the ride of your life. Control fit liners come in every boot and conform perfectly to your feet using heat. Foam padding in the liners also keeps them from packing out too much and the left- and right-foot specific fit of the liners erases any possibility of uncomfortable pressure points. The insteps of the Lange RX 130 ski boots also give you a comfortable midfoot fit so your circulation is increased and you can stay warm longer while on the slopes. The boots also have buckles that sit low on the shell so they’re out of the way and you can get a strong closure for precision and warmth.
Our reviewers of the Lange RX 130 have nothing but good things to say about these boots. The majority of reviewers agreed that the best feature of these boots were the stiffness, precision, and comfort factor. Reviewers with both wide and narrow feet had good things to say about the Lange RX 130 boots and mentioned that the custom moldable liners were a life saver and their boots conformed perfectly to their feet. One reviewer mentioned his feet got very cold while wearing his Lange RX130 boots, but several other reviewers debated they stayed warm their entire ski trip. He may have just chosen an inappropriate size.

Have skied a total of 5 days on new RX 130 Langes. If they didn’t leak so much they would be a great boot, BUT they leak! The Whistler shop I bought them from says, “that’s what they do, and you can fix it by putting a piece of duct tape across the toe or inserting a strip of silicon on the inside of the boot”. What kind of recommendation is that for a company that’s been making ski boots for as long as Lange? Ski boots are meant for use in snow conditions and should not leak. When you purchase new ski boots, you shouldn’t be expected to have to add duct tape or silicone, so that you can survive the day in them! Am I alone in expecting Lange to provide a boot that stays dry?
